We collect only the data we actually need to reply to you and carry out a sale or buy-in. No advertising trackers, no selling of data. The data controller is listed above.

1. What data we process

  • Sell-to-us form: what you are selling, condition description, asking price, your name (if given) and contact (phone or email).
  • Direct contact: if you write to us via WhatsApp, phone or email, we process the data you share with us there.
  • Site chat (Tawk.to): the content of the conversation and any details you enter in the chat.
  • Technical records: hosting server logs (IP address, access time) generated by the operation of the site.

The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

2. Why, and on what legal basis

  • Replying to an inquiry or a sell-to-us request: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Carrying out a purchase or buy-in: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Security and operation of the site: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Accounting regulations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), once a sale takes place.

3. How long we keep data

Inquiries and sell requests are kept until the matter is closed, then for at most one year after the last contact. Data related to a completed sale is kept as long as tax and accounting regulations require.

4. Who else processes data (processors)

  • Supabase: the database storing inquiries and item data.
  • Vercel: website hosting.
  • Tawk.to: the live chat on the site.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp; its own terms apply.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU. In such cases appropriate safeguards apply, such as EU standard contractual clauses.

5. Cookies

The site uses only functional cookies required by the Tawk.to chat (for example so a conversation survives a page refresh). There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing, or request data portability at any time. Just write to us.

If you believe we are mishandling your data, you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana (www.ip-rs.si).

7. Changes

We may update this notice, for example when the business is registered or new site features are introduced. The date of the last change is shown at the top.
