1. Who we are
Dober ulov is run by two partners. We buy, test and sell second-hand tech: phones, laptops, watches, audio gear and similar. Operator details are listed above.
2. Offers and prices
Every item on offer is second-hand, unique (exactly one in stock) and tested and cleaned before listing. We describe the condition of each item and grade it from A (like new) to F (for parts). Photos show the actual item you are buying.
Prices are in euros (EUR) and final. An offer is valid while the item is listed on the site; once sold or reserved, it is marked as such.
3. How a purchase works
There is no online cart or checkout yet. Purchases are arranged directly: via WhatsApp, phone, email or the chat on this site. We can reserve an item for you on request.
- Payment: cash on pickup or bank transfer, as agreed.
- Handover: personal pickup by arrangement, or shipping by post.
- Shipping costs: agreed before the purchase, no hidden fees.
4. Legal guarantee of conformity
We are liable for the conformity of goods under Slovenian consumer law (ZVPot-1). For second-hand goods, this liability lasts one year from the day you receive the item.
If a defect appears in that period that is not normal wear and was not described at purchase, let us know as soon as possible. By law you may request repair or replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.
Defects and signs of use that were clearly described in the listing or visible in the photos do not count as non-conformity.
5. Withdrawal from the contract
For distance purchases you have the right, as a consumer, to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. Details and the procedure are on the Returns page.
6. Dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, write to us first; almost everything can be solved with one conversation.
We do not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution under the applicable law. Slovenian law applies and the courts of the Republic of Slovenia have jurisdiction. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the business is registered or online payment is introduced. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies. The date of the last change is shown at the top.
