No worries: if the item you bought is not right for you, you can return it. Here is when and how, with no fine print.

1. 14 days to change your mind (withdrawal)

If the purchase was concluded at a distance (we agreed on it online, via WhatsApp, phone or chat, and the item was shipped to you), you may as a consumer withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason.

If the purchase is concluded entirely in person (you inspect the item live at pickup and only then decide to buy), the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply. Even then, you can always contact us and we will look for a solution.

2. How to return an item

  • Within 14 days of receipt, tell us that you are withdrawing; a clear message by email or via the channel we used to arrange the purchase is enough.
  • Return the item within a further 14 days: by post or in person, as agreed.
  • Return it in the condition you received it, with all accessories (cables, box, extras) that were part of the purchase.
  • Return shipping is at your cost, unless we agree otherwise.

3. Refund

We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice at the latest. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item back. The refund goes to your bank account or via the method you paid with.

4. Trying out the item and diminished value

You may inspect and try the item at home the way you would in a shop: turn it on, check basic functionality. If you use it beyond that and its value decreases as a result, we may deduct a corresponding amount from the refund.

5. Defects and claims (not the same as withdrawal)

The 14-day return right is separate from liability for defects. If the item shows a non-conformity that was not described at purchase and is not normal wear, we are liable for it for one year from receipt (second-hand goods under Slovenian consumer law, ZVPot-1).

In that case, tell us what is wrong. By law you may request repair or replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. The costs of a justified claim are on us.

6. Returns contact
